Robert is a Principal at Catalyst and has six years' experience in finance, debt advisory and M&A.

He is involved in delivering a wide range of transactions including company acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and fund raisings, acting for private equity clients, corporates, management teams and private business owners.
Robert is a member of our Business Services sector team and has worked with a number of companies in the sector such as Foster + Partners, the world renowned architectural design practice. Other recent deals include the investment in Global Freight Solutions, the growth capital investment in CitySprint, and the sales of McNicholas to Kier plc, Gardman to Rutland Partners and Thompson & Morgan to BVG Group.

Before joining Catalyst in 2014, Robert spent four and a half years at KPMG in audit and corporate finance where he advised on a number of buy and sell side transactions. He qualified as an ACA in 2012 and has a degree in International Business with Spanish from Loughborough University.
Away from work, Robert is a keen sportsman and particularly enjoys rugby, tennis and skiing.
