Simon Peacock
Simon is a Principal at Catalyst and has fifteen years of financial management and corporate finance experience gained within industry and the accountancy profession.
His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals. As well as being head of the food & drink sector team within our international network, Simon leads deals in the engineering and renewable energy sectors.

A graduate of Cambridge University, Simon trained as a chartered management accountant in industry at listed food company United Biscuits.
He worked for eight years in M&A and strategic financial planning at United Biscuits, before joining Catalyst in 2007.
Outside of Catalyst Simon enjoys watching cricket and is a keen kayaker.
