Richard Holden
Richard is a Director at Catalyst and has over ten years of corporate finance experience in the UK and France.
His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals.
Richard is a key member of our support services team, with a particular focus on the waste and clean technology sector.

A graduate of Cambridge University, Richard qualified as a chartered accountant at RSM Robson Rhodes and worked in the London lead advisory team for eight years.
During this time he spent a year seconded to a corporate finance boutique in Paris before joining Catalyst in 2006.
Away from Catalyst Richard is a keen skier and climber.
