Keith Pickering
Keith is a Partner at Catalyst and has over twenty years of corporate finance experience working in the UK and overseas. His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals.
Keith heads up Catalyst’s Nottingham office and leads our work in the construction & building products sector, as well as working alongside Justin Crowther in our healthcare sector team.

A chartered accountant by training, Keith spent ten years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). This included three years working in Hong Kong before the handover to Chinese control.
He left PwC’s Nottingham office to become a founding Partner of Catalyst in 1998.
Outside of work Keith enjoys watching his daughters play hockey, follows sport (football, cricket and golf in particular) and is a Governor at Trent College in Nottingham.
