Zachary Tsai
Zachary (Zac) is an Executive at Catalyst and has over five years experience in M&A.
His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals, as well as being a member of the TMT and healthcare teams, with a particular focus on the UK & international pharma market.

A Masters graduate of Birmingham University, Zac qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and spent two years in their corporate finance and transaction services team. He joined Catalyst in 2010.
Outside of work Zac enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golf, travel and fine food.
