Tim Evans

Tim is a Director at Catalyst with over ten years' general finance and corporate finance experience.

His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals, as well as leading deal teams in the support services sector.

“I joined Catalyst when the London office was set up for the challenge of helping develop a market leading position for Catalyst in London and the south east and for the opportunity to work alongside colleagues who share my philosophy on doing the very best for the people and businesses I work with.”

Tim, a graduate of Durham University, qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC in its banking & capital markets division. He then moved within PwC to undertake financial and market due diligence investigations in support of M&A deals before joining Catalyst in 2005.

Tim holds an MBA from Cranfield Business School where he also speaks on mergers and acquisitions.

Tim spends his time outside work as a mentor in the Princes Trust, as a board member of two venture businesses, and enjoying dining out in central London.
