Sundeep Gandhi
Sundeep (Sunny) is an Analyst at Catalyst in the research team.
His chief responsibilities include researching and assessing companies, preparing documents for deals, and focusing on trends within the healthcare and TMT sectors in particular.
“For every one obvious buyer of a business there are at least five left field buyers. My job is to find them! Catalyst has invested heavily in its research team and the tools that are available to us. My job doesn’t stop until I’m happy that I have found every potential strategic buyer, I understand why they will buy our client and what is going on in their board room. You need to be extremely tenacious to do my job.”
A graduate of Birmingham University, Sunny then gained a Masters in Biochemical Engineering. He then joined Kroll (now Zolfo Cooper) in their corporate advisory and restructuring team before joining Catalyst in 2008.
Outside of work, Sunny enjoys watching movies, playing badminton and spending time in the gym.
