Rob Pearce
Rob is an Analyst at Catalyst within the research team.
His chief responsibilities include researching and assessing companies, preparing documents for deals, and in particular focusing on trends within the support services, construction & building products and waste & clean technology sectors.

During his degree at Nottingham University, Rob undertook a placement year at Catalyst working as a junior analyst within the research department. On graduation, he spent a year working within his family business before moving to join the Catalyst research team full time in 2007.
Outside of work Rob enjoys a host of country pursuits and is a keen cyclist, recently undertaking a charity ride from London to Paris.
