Richard Sanders
Richard is a Partner at Catalyst and has over twenty years of corporate finance advisory experience.
His main responsibilities include advising private businesses and management teams on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals. Richard also leads our work in a number of sectors including residential and social housing, TMT (in particular unified communications) and marketing services.

Richard trained as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton. He subsequently moved to become a director within Ernst & Young’s corporate finance team and this included a secondment to a major bank’s restructuring team
Outside of Catalyst Richard is keen to stay fit and enjoys cycling, playing golf and tennis. He also acts as a business mentor with the Princes Trust.
