Richard Holden
Richard is a Principal at Catalyst and has over ten years of corporate finance experience in the UK and France.
His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals, as well as being a key member of our media, support services and waste and clean technology sector teams.

A graduate of Cambridge University, Richard qualified as a chartered accountant at RSM Robson Rhodes and worked in the London lead advisory team for eight years.
During this time he spent a year seconded to a corporate finance boutique in Paris before joining Catalyst in 2006.
Away from Catalyst Richard is a keen skier and climber.
