Mark Humphries
Mark is a Partner at Catalyst and has over fifteen years' experience in M&A.
As well as leading the London office Mark advises on the full range of corporate finance transactions which include management buy-outs, raising development capital, company acquisitions and company sales. Mark has a breadth of deal experience both as an advisor and as a principal in industry and heads up our sector teams in support services, healthcare, engineering, and education & training.

Mark is a graduate of Southampton University and later trained as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). He then spent three years in the M&A team at FTSE100 engineering company GKN plc, leading many cross border transactions.
Outside of work Mark coaches his local junior rugby team and when time permits he races a Caterham.
