Mark Birri
Mark is a Principal at Catalyst and has over six years experience in M&A.
His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals, as well as being a member of the engineering team.

An economics graduate from the University of Warwick, Mark worked as a financial analyst for Ferrero UK before moving to PwC where he qualified as a chartered accountant. After spending four years in PwC’s corporate finance team where he worked on a number of cross-border transactions in the industrial manufacturing space, Mark joined Catalyst in 2009.
Outside of work, Mark, a fluent Italian speaker, enjoys riding his motorbike and cooking.
