James Guglia
James is a Principal at Catalyst and has over ten years of financial management and corporate finance experience gained within industry and the accountancy profession.
His main responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals.

An MBA graduate from Birmingham & Montpellier Universities, James worked for three years as a project Manager for BskyB before running his family’s leisure & hospitality business and then moving to PwC.
He then spent four years in PwC’s corporate finance team where he executed a number of buy-side, sell-side and cross border transactions before joining Catalyst in early 2011.
An Italian & French speaker, outside of work James has a passion for foreign travel and spending time with his family.
