Catalyst wins BVCA Award
Catalyst has won the 2004 Boutique of the Year category in the annual National Private Equity Awards supported by the British Venture Capital Association.
The award is in recognition of the deals the Company completed over the last 12 months including the £100m disposal of Jackson Building Centre, the secondary MBO of Dennis Eagle and the £38m disposal of Thomas Sanderson Blinds.
The judging panel were impressed by Catalyst’s ability to act on both the buy and sell side, across many different sectors and on a national and international basis.
Commenting on the award, Andy Currie, Managing Partner, said "We are obviously delighted to win this award which is reward for the differentiated approach we have adopted to providing added value advice for our clients."
