Catalyst scoops third Rainmaker award

Catalyst has won one of the prestigious 2006 Rainmaker Awards, coming out top in the industrials sector.

The Rainmaker competition, now in its eighth year, honours the most successful deal originators in the UK private equity mid-market. The statistics are compiled by Initiative Europe, a leading independent provider of in-depth private equity information covering the European private equity markets, based on data published in its “unquote” newsletters. All deals with enterprise values of £50 million to £350 million sector qualify for inclusion.

The awards, organised by Hg Capital, recognise the leading deal originators in the UK private equity mid-market. This is the third time in four years that Catalyst has been recognised by this prestigious award and demonstrates the strength of the business and its continued impact on the market since it was founded.
