Catalyst expert to speak at leading Food & Drink event

Catalyst Food & Drink sector head Simon Peacock has been invited to speak at a leading industry seminar on M&A in the sector in early May.

Peacock, whose deal experience with Catalyst includes the sale of Salads to Go and Red Mill Snacks, following his move from a role in the industry with United Biscuits, will speak to members and guests of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty at a seminar in London on May 5th.

Appearing alongside other keynote speakers including Steven Esom, former managing director of Waitrose and now advisory partner at Langholm Capital, Peacock will give his views on M&A in the sector in Europe at present and feedback on his own experiences from talking to industry leaders in recent months.
