Catalyst complete two major re-financing deals

Catalyst has completed two major re-financing deals despite the difficulties experienced by many businesses dealing with banking issues in early 2010.

These deals were the re-financing of Project Hawk, a major mid-market engineering group, and Project Morgan, which involved solving issues facing the management team of a mid-market private equity backed manufacturing business.

Richard Sanders, the Catalyst partner who led both deals, commented, "There is no doubt that the banking climate, whilst gradually easing, is still causing many problems to some of our most successful businesses, no matter what sector they may be in.
